1.  Refund Policy

Coaching & Consulting Sessions

  • Payments confirm your booking and reserve time on our calendar.
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded in full.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
  • Packages or retainers are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.

Digital Resources (eBooks, Toolkits, Webinars)

  • Because these are delivered instantly, all sales are final.

Refunds

  • If a refund is granted, it will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Scope of Services

  • Peregrine Talent Development LLC (“PTD”) provides leadership coaching, talent-development workshops, and related digital resources.

Scheduling & Attendance

  • You are responsible for booking sessions and arriving on time. Late arrivals shorten the session but are billed in full.

Use of Content

  • All course materials, templates, and resources are protected by copyright and for personal/professional use only; redistribution without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

  • PTD’s services support personal and professional growth but do not constitute legal, medical, or psychological advice. PTD’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

We may update or discontinue services at any time. Prices and terms may change with notice posted on this site.
